1. Add cooking oil to the pan and cook Aussie beef and onion until meat is well browned. Add shabu sauce to taste.
2. Meanwhile, place the frozen puff pastry sheet on the bench to soften
3. Using a knife, cut out circles roughly the size of the pie tin, and smaller circles to top the pies
4. Line the pie tins with the cut out puff pastry
5. Place approx. 20-25g. of shabu Aussie beef into each pie base, top with a sprinkle of cheese and cover with smaller puff pastry circles.
6. Spray lightly with olive oil. Bake at 180-200 C for 20-25 minutes or until pastry is crisp and golden.
