Juicy Aussie beef grilled with classic bulgogi flavours.
1.1 kg Aussie Beef top sirloin or Skirt Steak
24 g Garlic
40 pcs Green onion
100 ml Soy sauce
50 g Sugar
28 ml Toasted sesame oil
14 g Toasted sesame seeds coarsely ground
4.5 g Ground black pepper
200 g Korean pear
Make marinade by combining the garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sugar, water, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and ground black pepper in a large bowl. Mix it well with a spoon until the sugar is well dissolved.
Add the sliced beef and mix everything by hand until the beef is covered in the marinade. Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
