On 28th February 2025, Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) launched 'Taste the Wonders of Aussie Beef and Lamb', a unique culinary campaign that introduces premium Australian red meat through specially curated Yakiniku and Shabu-Shabu dining experiences at seven renowned restaurant chains across Bangkok and Greater Bangkok.
A Premium Dining Experience
This campaign showcases exceptional secondary cuts that offer outstanding value while maintaining the superior taste and quality Australian beef and lamb are known for. From now until 30 March 2025, participating restaurants will feature limited-time menu items that highlight the versatility and richness of Australian red meat:
● You & I Premium Suki Buffet – Signature Wagyu Volcano featuring Australian Wagyu, alongside the newly introduced Chuck Roll. (18 locations)
● Lucky BBQ – Australian Premium Beef and the new Rib End, served with a Mala sauce. (6 locations)
● Neta Grill – Premium A-grade Australian Marbled Beef, plus a new Gyukatsu dish using the flavorful tip of the striploin cut. (7 locations)
● Ginza Shabu-Ten – Signature premium Australian beef with sesame sauce, alongside the new Sukiyaki Salmon Katsu Jyu Set. (5 locations)
● Yakiniku YUU – Toku Betsu featuring premium Australian oyster blade, and the new Gyu Combi, a combination of oyster blade and short ribs. (5 locations)

The campaign was further supported by the Aussie Meat Academy masterclass on 25–26 February 2025, where food professionals were trained on handling Australian meat cuts and mastering innovative techniques for Yakiniku and Shabu-Shabu preparations.
