MLA Showcases Australian Beef, Lamb and Goat Meat at THAIFEX ANUGA ASIA 2026

Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) is participating in THAIFEX-ANUGA ASIA 2026, bringing together Australian exporters of beef, lamb, and goat meat to promote and expand their market presence in Thailand

During 26–30 May 2026, MLA joined forces with four Australian exporters—Jack’s Creek, Endeavour Meats, Samex, and Meramist—to provide insights into product quality and production standards.

The initiative aimed to build confidence and expand business opportunities for Australian beef, lamb, and goat meat in Thailand and across the Asian region, through engaging booth activities and networking with food industry professionals.

Highlight activity at the booth: a secondary cuts butchery demonstration by Mr. Rafael Ramirez, Master Butcher.

In addition, there were live cooking demonstrations showcasing unique culinary experiences using secondary cuts, led by MLA ambassadors, including Chef Ian Pongtawat Chalermkittichai (Aussie Beef Mates), Chef Kong Thanattapol Jarunawin (Lambassador), and Chef Yakub Tharit Tangtongsirisak (Lambassador).

The MLA booth maintained a vibrant and lively atmosphere throughout THAIFEX-ANUGA ASIA 2026, consistently attracting strong interest from visitors.

Attendees included food business operators, meat enthusiasts who appreciate high-quality Australian beef and lamb, as well as representatives from the Australian Embassy in Thailand, who joined in meeting and networking with industry partners at the event.

This strong engagement reflects the robust collaboration between the Australian livestock industry and the Thai market, and reinforces MLA’s continued commitment to promoting Australian beef, lamb, and goat meat in the region.
